Come and practice loving-kindness meditation at any time, anywhere in the world, on Thursday November 10. The messages of hate and violence have been loud and clear this year, and while meditation alone cannot reverse the decisions made or prevent the repercussions of said decisions, it can help us remember that love can unite us all, and it can help us begin the process of healing these deep wounds caused by hate. Please, let us join together in a day of loving-kindness meditation, whether you meditate all day, for an hour, or only 5 minutes, and remember what it means to be united as humans on planet Earth.
